Sodium Setting Question

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the mg on our daily goal? Specifically, i need to change the mg showing of sodium to limit me to 1500mg a day per doctor because of high blood pressure. If this question has been asked before---sorry----I've only recently joined MFP.

    go to your food tab then click on settings...oops, i guess i should have looked myself first. others have already given better instructions.

    go to goals and custom settings. it will allow you to make changes to any value.

    I know you can change things under settings so I don't see why you can't change your sodium.
