Eating for Life: Golden Pancakes

I just wanted to give a warning to those of you who might happen to own the Eating for Life cookbook by Bill Phillips who also initiated the Body for Life Challenge. The golden pancakes are not made for a waffle maker. The recipe is good as pancakes but I sure have a mess to clean off my belgium waffle maker.
