30 Day Shred results?

I'm going to be starting the 30 Day Shred today. For those of you that have completed the full 30 days and done it right, how many pounds and inches did you lose total? Were you doing it as your only workout? Or did you do extra cardio as well? I'm thinking of walking 3 miles a day on my treadmill as well as the shred. If you have result pics I'd love to see them! :)
