I am a 53 year old woman who somehow let herself get up to 183 lbs. By going to a no added salt diet and not eating salty foods I am now 171. My goal is 150 just so I feel healthy. I used to smoke and have quit three times in my lifetime. I have no desire to smoke but other people I have talked to say the same thing they gained alot of weight after quitting smoking. Substituting food for cigarettes I suppose. Oh no.
