Burning too many calories?

Hey guys! A little help in understanding calories burned vs calories consumed please! I am currently on the 2lbs lost per week plan meaning I eat 1200 calories a day and burn around 2500 calories a week at the gym. However, in order to create a good habit, I'm trying to go every day and so far I have been burning around 5000 calories per week at the gym. I don't want to lose weight too fast, but I feel like I might lose the habit if I'm not going a little every day. As long as I eat back my calories, is this ok? Thanks for any advice!

As long as your body is recovering and you are eating enough to support it there is no such thing as too much. If you start feeling tired all the time and start becoming weaker then that is too much.0

As long as you're eating enough it's ok. I'd advise slowing down a little though so you don't injure yourself.0
