30 Day Shred- is it enough?

For those of you who have had done it, I have some questions! Should I be exercising on my own outside of 30 Day Shred? I've read that it only burns around 200 calories...since that's nowhere near the amount I do at the gym, should I be adding on my own extra cardio? Or is it enough, since it's such a specific work-out program?

I'd like to know the answer to this too! I have the DVD and have never made it past Day 10. I hope to get back with it and wonder if it will be enough for me.
Hmmm....perhaps I'll start back on it tonight as well as continue my walking and such that I've been doing for a couple of weeks. After all, it can't hurt to add that little bit of extra exercise!0 -
It targets everything so I think its sufficient - apparently (not my own knowledge, just what I've read so if there their are any trolls reading this I am not stating this as fact so take your negative comments elsewhere...) several sources I've read say scientists now think that shorter high impact exercise regimes are more beneficial than long ones.0

I'm on day 10 today and I actually want to do the DVD now insted of hating when the time comes around haha...stick at it0
