Back to running after 2 weeks off

Took 2 weeks off after getting an injury when running.

Got a pair of compression shorts when waiting to heal up. They are great.

Went back for a run today. Took time to warm up and down and kept at a steady slow pace.

Everything feel fine. No pain. No friction burns. Why did I not think of these things before. Compression shorts rule!!!

I just hope I can stay injury free and train back to a decent level again.
