I finally broke out of my 190's rut this morning and weighed in at 188! I haven't been this weight in years, maybe 2 or even 3. I'm so excited!

    Congrats! My weigh in is Tuesday...I plan on breaking into the 180's myself ( I was at 190.5 last Tuesday), and I too haven't been there in about 3 years! What a great feeling!
