I'm off to a good start

and lost 7 lbs since I got my bike 2 weeks ago. It worries me a little that I lost that much but I know the water weight alone can dump off pretty fast. I am eating, boy am I eating, LOL! I am one of those that believes in eating up to half of my exercise calories. It just works for me and I have some days that it is hard to eat enough! Some days I don't. But the last time I tried this and lost 10 lbs then dropped my routine and fattened up again:(, I would eat over the calories one day and a little less than 1200 the next. I have to pick up on my water consumption. It seems to be the hardest part for me. I just don't like to drink water but I think I will look around here on the "search" and see if I can find the things you can drink that ok, like lemon in your water etc.
