1. My 9 year old daughter told me how proud she is of me!
2. Fitting into a bathing suit I have not worn in two years!
3. My neck:))) LOL...I know it may sound silly, or perhaps not so silly.
4. Needing new pants and shorts.
5. I feel very energetic today.

When I first joined this site and saw a bunch of post headings with "NSV" as a topic, I skipped them because I did not know what NSV stood for....now I am so happy to know that I should CELEBRATE those Non scale victories as much as the loss in lbs! Thank you MFP!
