At the moment I run twice a week (6 miles per run), do circuit training (including sprints) twice a week and aerobics once a week. I am running a half marathon in Oct and really need to up my fitness, but I don't often get more than an hour at a time to exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do to get myself prepared? I know I need to do another run a week, but I seem to be stuck at the 6-7 mile mark at the moment. Is it a matter of fitness or fuelling the run properly?

You need to do a Long run every week - increasing your distance by no more than 10% each week.0
