Am struggling to make a change in diet/exercise a change in my life style. I can be good during the week and then literally binger it away at the weekends. I know what i do wrong, eat when bored, happy, sad etc. Eat MASSIVE portions even when am full up.
I NEED to change my life around, i even have my son pinching my legs telling me he;s got my fat
I started at 240lbs in August 2008. Since then i managed to get down to 204lbs by March 2010. Since then i've gone up and down with my weight, currently weighing 216.5lbs
My target weight is to get to 196 by the end of the year, preferably by september but i know thats not gonna happen.
Any tips/suggestions/kick up the *kitten* to help me please. I would really appreciate it.
Half my problem is my shift work, split days and nights doesnt help plus i dont drink enough fluid either

You can so do this. I was in the same bad habit with regards to weekend. I would be good mon-thurs then binge eat fri,sat and sun really though that meant I spent nearly half the week pigging out !! I now have a few treats one day. Ver the weekend but then try and get back on it and try not to eat as much as I used to. Just try and think about where you want to be , come on here and look at success photos when you are feeling tempted x0

A good buddy is all you need. You can meet that goal in two months. I've done p90x, p90x+, and insanity (currently.) I found using the meals from those helped alot. I like tracing my foods with the MFP tracker alot. My GF ate a peice of cake and flipped out when it was 150 cals! She said "Do you know how much I have to workout to burn 150 cals!?!? No. I don't think so." Seeing what you eat, is essential.0
