this morning and it really kicked my butt! did the first dvd chest and back and i tell u this is no joke! i actually felt a little nausea while doing it and afterwards and sweated like crazy. i read alot of positive comments about this workout so i really want to try to do my best to complete it and not give up. im trying to figure out why i felt so sick after the work out...i ate a fried egg this morning for protein (2 eggs one of them being egg white) and rice cake with hummus. was this too much? and i waited about 45 mins to start exercising. should i have waited longer? i didn't want to start the workout on an empty stomach but im beginning to wonder if maybe i should have.
