Hi, my name is Adelaida. I'm 22 yrs old, Dominican and living in France.
Since I started using MFP I felt great cause even if I surpass the limit at least I have an idea what I put in my body. Thing is sometimes it's hard to reach de 1200 calories and I fear that I'm eating too much. I'm 126 lbs and it says I'll be 122 in 5 weeks if I stay on the 1200 but if I lower it to 1000 it says I'll be around 118.
Should I lower my calories income even if it says it can lower my metabolism or should I just stick to the 1200? Thx for the help.

I would stick to the 1200. That number is the healthy intake. Less than that is causing your body to not get enough nutrition. It can also make you gain weight. (Crazy idea, I know, but true.) Hope this helps. Feel free to add me. =]0
