How to beat cravings!!!!!!!!!?

I am so so so close to my goals! But i just can't get rid of that last bit of fat, and at work ( I work in a kitchen) I snack all the time! Its SO bad!
Its weird cause on my gym days (where i would have thought id be hungry) I'm always under my calorie goal by loads but on non gym days i seem to snack and ruin it! Im so angry with myself!
Any advice on low calorie foods that work as a snack?
