Relatively New Here

I joined a while back but haven't been consistent with using this tracker. I currently just have the website determine my calorie intake goals but maybe I should do it manually. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I'm an elementary school teacher, currently enjoying my summer break. My overall goal is to lose fat and gain muscle, getting a more toned, lean, muscular physique. Nowhere near that...but I'm starting to see the little changes. Mostly in my arms and legs, and hopefully eventually my midsection.

I hope that using this site in conjunction with bodybuilding.com will hold me accountable for my exercise and eating habits.
