so i've only lost 4 pounds since the beginning of july but i went jean shopping today and all of my jeans were a size 6!!!

that means i'm down 6 pant sizes (size 12 about a year ago) even though i've only lost 4 pounds. let this be a reminder to all of you that the scale can lie! take measurements instead. i wish i had so i would know how many inches i had lost

    Yeah, I don't trust the scale either. in fact, I'm thinking about putting it away again. I KNOW I've lost inches around my abdomen...I go by clothes and how they fit me.
