Hello! My name is Samantha and I'm 25. I am a teacher's Assistant and am married to the love of my life =] BUT my main problem is that I yo-yo diet. I don't have a big overweight problem....20-25 lbs...but it seems that I just lack motivation to keep those 25 lbs off. I go to exercise classes, but it is very hard for me to want to do anything BESIDES the class. And that is where I fall off the band wagon. Another thing that is extremely hard for me to rid myself of is Fast Food. If only I could completely stay away from that, I would probably lose what I want....but thats why Im here right?! I joined on here through my i pod, but as we all know, the i pod screen is so small, you cant do message boards on there. So now coming to the computer, I'm hoping to find some friends that will motivate me =] It is nice to meet you all...feel free to add me!
