No - went over about 200
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No - didn't have (make) time to exercise
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did a little yard work
What would I have done differently?
Not eat the slice of pizza and stuck to the salad only
What is today's personal goals? Have a better day then yesterday... Log calories and exercise

No - went over about 800

No - didn't exercise
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Stayed on track most of the day even though I felt ill
What would I have done differently?
Not eaten so much in the evening ... should have went to bed since I was tired and not feeling well

Start again like yesterday didn't happen ... get some exercise in.0 -

not eaten so much so late
What is today's personal goals? be careful with keeping calories under goal, and get in 20-30 minutes of exercise tonight - mowing/biking/walking0 -
I love the idea of a daily check in - especially creating personal goals for the day. I usually do this weekly but I think daily is a fantastic idea. I will check in tomorrow!0

Oh my... that is awesome. I haven't been to one class yet :laugh: I've been using the Elliptical and swimming. I want to try Zumba but it is only offered on Tuesday and Friday nights... One of these days
