I would like to add strength training to opposite days. I am struggling to get minimum calories in, just not hungry, although I upped my calories according to the eat more to weigh less forum....I have only lost 4 pounds in 6 months.

If what you are doing isn't working, then you need to change something. Checking that your food and calorie estimates are as accurate as possible is a good starting point.

Adding strenght training sounds like a great idea too.
Don't forget to build in some rest days too, so your body has a chance to heal and recover from the stress and damage caused by exercise.

Keep trying to eat a healthy amount - your body needs good fuel to keep it working well, and depriving yourself over a long times puts you as risk of being short of nutrition.

    Good luck!
