The new goal - 17 pounds in 11 weeks

When I started this whole weight-loss adventure, I set my goal at 20 pounds and gave myself just under three months to accomplish it.
I buried that goal MUCH faster than expected, and blew past 25 pounds, then 30, then 40. The weight loss slowed down as my body became more adjusted to my new lifestyle.
When I first started (266 pounds) and it looked like the weight was melting off me, my friend Jackie said "go for 199 pounds, you can do it". Inside, I laughed at that notion, but as my weight shrunk lower and lower, I began to believe in the possibility of being under 200 for the first time in over a decade.
So I've set a date. By the time college football starts (11 weeks from yesterday), I will be at 199 pounds.
I'm a sportswriter, and I want to walk back into that pressbox looking thinner than anybody there has ever seen me. So my time frame is Saturday, September 1st....opening game.
I sit at 216 tonight, 17 pounds to go. 11 weeks left. That's 1.55 pounds per week, every week.
Let's do this.

I'm in for this! that is almostg 3months.. will be hard but if I stick to great eating habits can do it.
