2 NSVs! One I Never Thought Would Happen

I had 2 NSV's tonight that I genuinely never thought was possible.

1st - I ran my normal route and about 15 mins into it - I felt super hot internally and tried to push thru. Unfortunately combined with NSV #2 I felt so uncomfortable, the most uncomfortable I've felt in awhile - and I hadn't ran in 3 days - I removed my technical shirt at 150+. I was really surprised at that haha and so was a driver in a sports car who immediately ended up honking for a good 15-20seconds and as he drove away stuck his head out the window and shouted things. (Not sure what they were as I had my ear buds on, haha) The point of this, no one yelled obscenities at me or made me feel uncomforable. And I rocked my run!

2nd - during my run, it was really challenging in my thighs, mentally and stomach-ly. I will be the first to admit I ate really really ****ty the past 3 days, mostly from unexpectedness, lack. of choices and, just plain inconvenience and taking advantage of that. NEVER again. I seriously thought I was gonna have to stop the 1st 30 seconds or min at least, I was so winded and lethargic I seriously debated on stopping and going home. 1st 10 was almost hell, like when I first started running. The lack of nutrients, fillers, sodium and sugar in the products I ate made me sick to my stomach and I felt soooo slow and sluggish like I was moving, running thru molasses. :/ I will never or for damn sure try NOT to have an all day cheat fest. One meal or 2 meals is ok, but a series of ****ty meals makes me suck and my workouts poor! Yay for NSVs and revelations. Proud to say, I ate a handful of blacberries, couple strawberries, handful of blueberries and a gluten free toast with hummus for dinner. :]
