After I workout at 11pm? I usually dont get to sleep around 1-2am. At night I'm doing weight lifting followed by cardio
(writing between sets) would like a quick answer If possible :P
The powder I have is wellements protein powder from Costco when they still held it

Does your diet require it and have you not met your protein requirement through good, honest food?
Don't supplement unless you need to. No need to chug down protein shakes because everyone else does. If you diet has your protein covered then adjust it to eat after exercise.
Unless the whey is quickly consumed then there is little point in drinking one post workout if you are eating enough protein in real food. They are called supplements for a reason.0 -
Its a quick and convenient way to supply your muscles with protein (which is needed for muscle growth and repair), so go for it!! As long as you stay within your calorie range though.0

I use to get out of work at 11pm and head straight to the gym. So I def. understand the not gettin to sleep till 2am thing. and yea, a protein shake is good ne time and you def. need it post workout so I say make one up and drink away...0
