Anyone got '10 mins solutions' (Wii) game?

Anyone got the 10 mins solution game on Wii? Just wondering what the games are like?
I have the Blast off Belly Fat DVD in same series and can do most of it as its mostly floorwork except for one routine in middle where she is standing throughout (I'm wheelchair user) so was wondering if I could do most of Wii version?
Need to find some more games I can do as weight loss has stalled!
