I'm pretty new to this site...couple weeks in. Would love to have and give encouragement to those with the same goals. Let's face it, deciding to change your whole way of life is not a simple thing to do..so why do it alone???

I have went from a 5000+ calorie a day diet to 2000...trust me when I tell you that this is NOT an easy transition. Water is my new best friend...all day...everyday. But this is what I needed, and the results are already starting to show. My strength in the gym is already noticeably more. I have dropped 7 pounds in two weeks. And best of all I just feel better. I feel healthier.

My goal is still a lot of work in the future..hard work..but I can see it..and feel it. So friend me if you like, I could use the encouragement. I would love to experience this journey with like minded people.
