Here I go.. 40 kg to lose!

Hey everyone! I'm a 26 year old girl from Norway who needs to lose a lot of weight.. I'm 167 cm tall and I weigh 116 kg. So far I've lost 1,5 kg and need to lose atleast 40 total.
I live and work in Sweden with my boyfriend, but am about to pack my bags and head to my home country to pick up where I left at school - getting my high school diploma in about a year and hoping to study psychology after.
I feel like through all my overweight years I've never been able to relax, feel comfortable being outside my own home or even feel halfway attractive. I spend a lot of time thinking about how I look, how others see me and how I wish I could see myself. At long last I've decided I don't want to live like this anymore, I CAN'T, this is killing me in so many ways... And I deserve better than being trapped in my own fat!
I'm keeping track of my calories and working out 4-6 times a week to get in shape as well as lose weight, and I hope to get to know someone who is set on losing about as much weight as me (or has lost a lot) so we can compare, share and pep eachother! That would really be awesome:)
Also, any tips on how to get more proteins in me (I feel like all I do is try to eat more proteins:P) in an easy way, is greatly appreciated!
