If you are dealing with morning sickness and loose the meal you just ate do you count those calories? I want to be healthy and make sure i am getting the right amount, but for half the day i can't keep anything down.
My appt with Dr is in 2 weeks so i will ask then just wondering if i should make up for it when i feel better the 2nd half of the day.

probably better to not count...you need to keep good nutrition in your condition. Congrats and good luck!0

Probably should count it. I wonder if there is a formula for how long it takes for your body to extract energy and nutrition from food?0
