Anyone have a solution for late night hunger pains?

I don't normally wake up hungry... But I'd suggest saving a hundred calories or so for nighttime snacking. If water doesn't help, then you definitely are hungry and should eat something.
Make sure you're eating enough calories, too. I saw a post saying 800? That's too low for most people, especially a grown man. I can't go lower than 1200 and maintain a diet for an extended period of time.0 -
