anyone else trying to gain weight?

I just joined my fitness plan about a week ago. I must say it is quite amazying! I have gained two pounds in this week already. consuming close to 4000 calories a day. I work out in the gym atleast two hours a day. run 2 miles every day and go out on missions three times a week. sometimes climbing mountains. I am currently in afghanistan. making it easy for me to focus on a study workout plan and keep track of my calories. our vigours mission tend to help also. If there is anyone else who is trying to gain lean muscle i would love to link up and conspire.
