I have recently taken a job where I work virtually, so I can live anywhere. I currently live in east GA, which was due to previous job & im not a fan of GA. Here r my requirements so do ur best job selling on y I should move thete....

Cost of living not outrageous (im above avg middle class)
Good schools (3 kids)
Things to do (has to b within a 45min drive to a major city)
Good airport for long flights

Your help is appreciated

I lived in okc It's pretty amazing cost of living is cheap..tons to do...great schools...sports are huge..I can't wait to get back there...It's an amazing place!

Tried it & it listed one place ove lived, where I live now & Jackson, Ms, and 3 places in WA st (Seattle, Kent and Bellingham)

I think it would help i you quantified this. I have no idea what an "above average middle class" salary is in east Georgia. What do you think is a "not outrageous" cost of living? I think Massachusetts is perfectly reasonable but you may disagree.

Well if you want a low cost of living or you want to escape from your past move out here to South Dakota, that state that most american's don't have a clue where it is without a map.

I live in the northern Kentucky/ Cincinnati, OH area. You can go from major city type of living to rural farm country inside of like 25 - 30 minutes. Lots of outdoor recreation type activities and also lots of cultural type stuff. Lots of good restaurants, good night life (if you're into that kind of thing) and lots of family stuff too. The schools just depend on what part of town you end up in.

Seattle is good if you hate the sun. Kent is a suburb of Seattle so pretty much the same place, but cheaper. Bellingham is practically in Canada,

I'd say Southeastern NH. Pretty cheap (at least compared to Eastern Mass.), Close to the Ocean and Mountains, Boston is a 45 minute drive down 93 or 95. Manchester-Boston Airport has flights to all the major eastern Hubs, and Boston has a far more diverse selection of non-stop flights including many European destinations. Pretty good schools too, extremely good if you include private/prep. Also no income or sales tax, but property taxes balance it out somewhat.

I live across the border in Massachusetts, cost of living is higher (mainly in real estate costs) but the best public schools in the nation.

suburbs of Portland, OR in Washington County. (If you like living in the city, it would be good - but definitely has that 'Keep Portland weird' motif.)
I LOVE the burbs!!! And LOVE Oregon - and I have lived ALL over - (Japan, Philippines, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Maryland and Virginia.) This is by far my favorite, and I have like most of the places I've lived.

Cost of living is lower than other MAJOR cities, but higher than some in the mid-west and south. But, for above average income, definitely has some good areas.

I have 4 boys, one is special needs. I have adored all my kids schools and teachers (with one exception). Overall the schools in our county are quite good. I can't say the same for other nearby counties - including Multnomah, that includes the city schools of Portland.

LOTS to do!!!!! Geocaching is huge out here. Very outdoorsy with the ocean an hour in one direction, and mountains an hour in the other. The best hiking/ cycling around. World class rapids, and wind surfing.

The airport is very easy to get to, and close to the city. The mass transit can take you right there, too.

I just tried it. Two of the top five cities were in the area where I currently live. I hate this area. D'oh. lol

The mountains near Denver. Airline hub, low cost of living, tons of stuff to do, and beautiful views!
