Ok so Im working on the healthier happier me. I've lost 57 lbs have another 25 to go. I have started running and do ok with it.
So far the weight is coming off ok, I have a few trouble spots that most of us have: bat wings, mid section and thighs.
Of the those my THIGHS are grossing me out. When they were full of fat they were solid. Now that they are changing, they look gross when I run w/o my compression shorts. Just noticed it this weekend when I was running bases during my softball practice (i coach). I dont know how to describe what I saw - yucky flabby fat and skin... maybe this is a transition period.....anyone notice this.
With more running and leg weight lifting exercise, can someone assure me that they will look better????
