Think I'm in love with my daily afternoon snack

It's white grapefruit segments (segmented by me the night before, cannot be doin' with all that peeling etc of a grapefuirt or orange for that matter!), 4 medium strawberries cut up, 6-8 red seedless grapes, 2-3 tablespoons of Glenisk Greek style blueberry yoghurt and about 10g of Tesco finest granola.
The granola does bump up the cals but it adds great texture as it has nuts/seeds in it also.
I always have it at 3pm. I was worried that I was eating too much at this time as I get really hungry around then til about 6pm when I have something more substantial to eat before I exercise at 8pm. But the personal trainer in the gym said that eating at this time and having fruit/yoghurt was ideal.
I love it and could live on it!

sounds delicious I get really hungry at that time also, I always snack around 2:30 and I work out at 4. If I didnt I'd probably pass out and be starving by dinner time.0
