Looking for a HIIT Program

Does anyone have or know where I can find a good HIIT program? One that gives not only the intervals but the Speed as well?
I haven't done HIIT before, but want to add it to my work outs, and would like to see a plan that I could use as a reference to help me out. The ones I have found so far just list the intervals "30 sec on 60 sec off" but doesn't give a speed i.e. "6.0 then up to 7.0" etc.
I would appreciate any and all help- oh and I would be doing this on a treadmill. Thank you!

I have a couple recommendations for you that have really leaned me out. Try bodyrock.tv its free on the internet. Lisa-Marie does a fabulous job over 12mins. 50on/10off. I sweat like a pig. I also like Zuzana ZWOW. You can find her on you tube. Both are very similar, require little equipment and pay huge results. Looks like you are already in super shape and don't require the super long extended workouts at lower intensity levels. After 12mins of this I am dead. If I have more energy I will go another round or two. Good luck.0

Check out the Nike Trainer App if you have an ipad, phone or touch...TONS of great workouts that will get you sweating with very little equipment.
I use a set of dumbells, a medicine ball and a yoga mat for the bulk of the workouts I do...0 -
Well, it depends on what's high intensity for you? What speed can you do for 30 seconds where at second 29 you've almost convinced yourself that you'd rather be obese than go another second? For some, it's 8.0mph, for others it's 12 mph with the treadmill elevated. Mine is pretty much like this (if this is JUST an HIIT and not following weights):
Warmup 5 minutes at 6-6.5
walk at 4.0 - 2 minutes
run 30 seconds at 10.0
jog for 90 seconds at 5.0
run 30 seconds at 10.0
jog for 90 seconds at 5.0
repeat until the timer gets to 20 minutes.0 -
The speed is relative to what you can do. For example when doing HIIT running you basically sprint balls-out for the high intensity portions. It's about pushing yourself to the max.0

Try the Crossfit Endurance website. No all HIT, but they have a pretty good spread of intervals, Tempo type stuff.....
Tabata run is one of my favorites:
8 sets of 20 secs on 10 secs rest so 4 mins total but,
on a treadmill at 10-12% grade with the speed at your 5k pace....once you get to about the 5th one you will feel it. Pretty good smoke0 -

This. And I use a HRM to get the timing of the intervals right. I think it's tough to find a program since HIIT really is targeted for the individual.0 -
I personally enjoy the videos on fitnessblender.com, you can really feel it working every muscle0

Insanity or Insanity the Asylum are really good HIIT programs and Insanity the Asylum is geared more toward sports training so it works a lot on speed0
