I'm doing one that my trainer showed me. I'm noticing a difference. Use the machine where you can pull the weights towards you with two separate pullies.
Position sit up with legs in front (usually on the foot holder). Pull the two handles open as if you're doing a reverse bear hug. While you are doing this, engage your core (breathe out while pulling your belly button towards your back (but don't move your back)). You should mentally concentrate on the space between your shoulder blades (that's where most of the work should be).
This is a hard one, so start light. I started with 15 lbs.

Superman!!!
Lie on your stomach with your arms stretched out in front of you.
Simultaneously lift your arms and legs as high as they will go until you are just supported by your middle.
hold, rest and repeat!
You can add on by moving your arms out and down to your side while in the lifted position(think swimming!)0 -
Thanks those are great looking exercises! I will give them all a try.
I don't have a gym membership but I will try to improvise without the machine0 -
Good ones, thanks! :flowerforyou:
You can buy one of those rubber pulley things that fit into a closed door.0
