fit bit holster replacement

Hey anyone know where or how to get a replacement holster for that fitbit thing... mine is da broken :)

    Go to their website and email them, they will likely send you a new one free of change.


    Their customer service is AMAZING! Great product and a GREAT company.

    If they don't you can probably post in the general forum and find someone willing to donate their's. A lot of us don't use them. Or check ebay. A lot of people lose or wash a Fitbit and then sell the accessories.

    I agree with the poster who suggested contacting Fitbit directly. Their customer service is excellent. They replaced my defective Fitbit free of charge and very quickly. A friend of mine, broke hers and it was also replaced, free of charge! :heart:
