Is it wrong?

Hi everyone,

I have just completed my first week on MFP. It has ben very challenging to keep my calories low and I was just wondering. Does anyone else go over their daily calorie intake by a few 100 then burn it off at the gym doing a CV workout? Is it wrong to work this way?

    You're supposed to eat back your exercise calories if you're doing the MFP program...so yes, nearly every day.
