You can make any of these healthy or bad-for-you depending on the type of ingredients you're using.0

It's a trick question, isn't it. Hmmmmm, what do I win? Hmmm well I would chose number one, maybe it has more calories, but I will skip the bread thanks.0 -

I know which one is yummiest. I'd go with a PBJ. YUMMY!!! Whole wheat bread, Smucker's natural peanut butter (or whatever; I'm not afraid of regular, but the Smucker's natural is really good and has no sugar), and some real fruit preserves. delicious. Plus, healthy fats and minerals in the peanut butter.0

I'd say the rib and rice0

I would do the ribs but instead of wild rice I would do Fiesta lime rice..0 -
ribs with rice0

i also have to consider if i should be self-less and leave the rib for my husband when he comes home . not so concerned with calories as i am the general healthyness of the choice0
-
I would pick the peanut butter and jelly sandwich - with low calorie, high fiber bread, peanut butter with no added sugar and sugar free jelly... but then I am one of the few people in the world who aren't in love with ribs... my husband eats my portion for me when he brings them home 8*)0

Actually I would stay away from rice, Rice is a starchy food, adn thats one thing I try to stay away from the most. And I am having success 41 pounds in 2 1/2 months.0 -
PB&J - gets my vote0
-
How about a boneless skinless chicken breast and a side of broccoli?0

- How fatty is the rib? How much rice? Was a lot of oil/butter used in cooking either? What sauce and how much on the rib?
- What kind of bread? How thick is the slice? What kind of cheese? How many slices? How much butter on the bread?
- What kind of bread/slice thickness? How much peanut butter? Reduced fat or no? What kind of jelly? Sugar free? How much?0 -
I don't know which is healthier, but I would go for the PB&J.0
-
I wouldn't do any of those. Two pieces of 100% whole wheat bread toasted, 1 tbsp of mayo, and two fried eggs. Makes a delicious filling sandwich. All the ingredients are loaded with good fats and protein.0

Personally, I would pick the PB&J. I don't care for ribs and they can be quite fatty for pork. I love a good grilled cheese but you'd get more protein from the PB. I love PB&J's on 100% whole wheat bread, with natural PB and Simply Fruit spread.
I also second the fried egg sandwich - but I add cheese instead of mayo0 -

This is why people have a hard time sticking to eating better......You're making it way too complicated.0
