Quick question...
So, today at work I'm stuck sitting in an empty "spec home". (I work for a home builder). There's a pretty large flight of steps to the second level. I've often times went up and down for a certain # of minutes, but am unsure how to document it on MFP.
Suggestions please?
I might as well get paid to work out, right?! LoL

I just saw "Walking: Upstairs" listed in the database. Seems to be the best thing to use.

There's a category for stairs. "Running (jogging) up stairs" I'd go with that.0
