I'm going to introduce myself to you guys. I am Brandon; I'll be nine-teen in less than a month. I used to be 283, then I started wrestling and dropped down to 227...that year I finally hit 227(three years into wrestling) I got hurt never to return to the mat again. Since then I have packed on the weight. I was 258 yesterday I decided i needed to change something. This morning I was 253. I set my weight in the middle of the two days worth. I have a weight watchers calculator; I am going to try to do both methods because sometimes I do not have access to the internet to do this calorie counter; I always have my calculator with me; but no motivation to use it being I do not have the money to go to the meetings anymore. Any tips? Thanks letting me talk. Have a nice day.
