Getting in the Summer Mindset

A little background on me: I'm a student at a university where we have an internship built in/required for graduation. I am finishing up my 6-month internship and returning home for summer break in two weeks.

I've carefully built up an eating regiment for my weeks and tend to be a little lax on weekends. However, for the past 10 months I've had a rigid weekly schedule where life, and eating, has been routine. This summer, I will not be working or taking classes. It will mostly be free floating and hanging out with friends - kind of like a two-month weekend. If I want to meet my goals, I cannot have the mindset of a constant weekend - if I stay lax about my diet, I may gain back the weight I have worked hard to lose.

So my question to MFP is this: On days off/relaxing days, how do you keep away from excess food, temptation, and boredom eating?
