My husband is my number one supporter in everything I do. He knows that I've really been stressing myself out and obsessing about losing weight. When I walked into the bathroom to get on the scale the other morning this is what I saw:

    That is fantastic. he's a keeper.

    My biggest supporters are my friends on MFP. Before I had them, It was how miserable I felt about myself that made me change. I will never go back.
