Hello! I wanted to download the podcast for the c 2 5k and was wondering if anybody has tried the one where you use your own music? How does it tell you when to change up from walking to running? Do you have to download your playlist to the podcast or does it automatically interrupt your music? Before I buy it I was wondering what your thoughts on it are? Thanks for any advice!

Sorry, haven't seen that one. Would be sweet, but I use a Zune, not an ipod anymore....

There's a podcast called "first day to five K" or "podrunner".

This one includes a mix of properly-tempo-ed music and a training program.

I'm not sure if this is the one you're talking about, but it's great and it's free. The music is sort of techno-ey. . .and you just zone out on it while you walk/run.

I am also doing the Couch to 5k program. I just picked a bunch of pump-me-up songs and used Cool Edit Pro to trim them to the right length. Once I get up to running 5 minutes or more I plan on combining songs. I just switch from running to walking (or vice versa) when the song cuts off. It is a little irritating that the song cuts off in the middle, but it is free. =)
