Too much cardio!

Hello everybody!
I’m in need of some advice, I was following a workout program with really good results, now that I finally reached the goal I was looking forward, I started working as a dance instructor again!
My problem is that now because of my job I do a ton of cardio and barely have any energy left for strength training, and when I do, the next day the soreness sort of gets in my way lol ( got to deal with it anyway )
I used to strength train 4 days a week and do very heavy cardio 2 days a week. (not mixing cardio and weights the same day ever)
Now I teach dance 2 hours o Monday, 1 hour (very exhausting) on Tuesdays and 2 more hours on Wednesday, in the future they are planning to add 2 more hours for me on Tuesday and Thursday!
Needless to say, I don’t do the heavy cardio anymore, I just don’t know where to fit the weight training, some days I do upper body some others lower, but I don’t seem to find the energy, will I get used to it eventually?
Thanks everyone!

Just be glad that you can get exercise while working! That said, you can probably still fit in a full body resistance program a couple times a week. That's still better than nothing.0

It sounds like you currently can fit in two strength training sessions on your days off with time for recovery. You can do these on Thursdays and Saturdays, or Fridays and Sundays. If you really want to get another one in, you could do a session *before* your classes (say before the shorter Tues class). You might do this if they give you additional classes on Thurs/Fri.
That said, you could reevaluate your teaching methods. Not trying to tell you how to do your job, but many instructors focus most of their efforts on correcting their students technique instead of trying to go through every single move with their students. Then you wouldn't be actually doing cardio for 2 hours non-stop.0
