    No. It doesn't include a chest strap so doesn't do constant monitoring. I say skip it.

    It doesn't have a chest strap, it's watch-only, which means you have to touch the face to take a heart rate. I had one like that (a New Balance) and got frustrated with it - the more often it reads your heart rate, the more accurate it will be, which means pausing your workout to take a reading a LOT. Sometimes it doesn't get the reading the first try, so you pause longer, and it was just a hassle.


    A HRM with a chest strap is going to be your best bet for greater accuracy (and fewer workout interruptions!).

    Agree! I love a good groupon but this one is a waste of money.
