Hi All. My name is Chris, I teach 4th grade in the Denver area. I'd love to connect with other teachers as we work through weight loss. I hope you'll send a friend request, I can't do this alone! Happy summer break.

    My name is also Chris, and I am a Special Education teacher in Mississippi. You're not alone! I want to see if I can make it through the year healthy this time, rather than getting fit over the summer and dropping the ball in August.
