Mine was to complete a marathon this year, but that got squashed on doctor's orders. So, my new thing is I wouldn't mind taking up rowing again.

I really want to do a pull-up. I got a B+ in 8th gym because I couldn't do any pull-ups. I would also like to run a 10 minute mile because Freshman PE in High School was the only class I got a B in.

When I started strength training a little over a month ago, I had ZERO upper body strength. I want to be able to do pull ups... maybe only a couple but actually DO them. I want to have defined arms - no more old lady flab jiggle. Tight tummy. Defined legs. I still want to look like a chick, but a TOUGH CHICK.

I've never been able to do a pullup/chin up...ever. There are a lot of things I'd love to be able to do...but the day that NSV happens, IT'S ON.

im going to do a spartan sprint race next summer, other than that my bucket list is to be able to do pull ups and dips, my uncle held a record for bench press at Jackson prison for a while id like to reach that but 500 lbs is a **** ton of weight to bench!

    Take a martial arts class
Try not to embarrass myself this summer in a softball league
Maybe play paintball some day... it sounds painful, but I'm so aggressive...

Hopefully I can celebrate milestone birthdays with physical activity. For example, this year was my 30th birthday, and I made my friends come with me to a trampoline park. The idea was to burn off the cake and ice cream before I even ate it.
