Fitness Activity Bucket List

When I started strength training a little over a month ago, I had ZERO upper body strength. I want to be able to do pull ups... maybe only a couple but actually DO them. I want to have defined arms - no more old lady flab jiggle. Tight tummy. Defined legs. I still want to look like a chick, but a TOUGH CHICK. :bigsmile:0

I've never been able to do a pullup/chin up...ever. There are a lot of things I'd love to be able to do...but the day that NSV happens, IT'S ON.0

im going to do a spartan sprint race next summer, other than that my bucket list is to be able to do pull ups and dips, my uncle held a record for bench press at Jackson prison for a while id like to reach that but 500 lbs is a **** ton of weight to bench!0

Mt. Everest base camp
Oh, and to be able to do box jumps.....I can't even do 1. It's a mental thing.
I can do a box jump FINALLY!0 -
to complete a 5K as well. It seems like something so simple to accomplish but I want to do it and do it well....would like to lose at least 50 lbs before I do one.0

Take a martial arts class
Try not to embarrass myself this summer in a softball league
Maybe play paintball some day... it sounds painful, but I'm so aggressive...
Hopefully I can celebrate milestone birthdays with physical activity. For example, this year was my 30th birthday, and I made my friends come with me to a trampoline park. The idea was to burn off the cake and ice cream before I even ate it.0 -

An amateur boxing or muay thai fight. I've got the skills, but I need to overcome my self-doubt. And I'm a little bit scared of getting seriously hurt.0
-

Muscle ups: http://youtu.be/X2Sr6FFdcII
Front Lever: http://youtu.be/SFicccDgjUI (pull ups optional)
I've got the clap pull ups nailed and also being able to launch myself up to grab a bar above the pull up bar so I figure muscle ups are next on the list.
Re FLs, I can manage tucked front lever pull ups (knees bent) but just can't hold a full front lever.
My mum suggests I act my age, though.0 -
I'd like To try kite surfing, preferably somewhere warmer than the north east of England where I live...0
-
Run a mile, then eventually a 5K. I *hated* to run when i was younger but it would be such a big deal to me if I could just run a mile again, since I really can't right now. Getting there though!
Plus it would help to be able outrun the zombies. My bday is December 21, btw.0
