Ive been ill for the last week (it happened so quickly), hormone levels going crazy, blood tests are going crazy! have another test to do tomorrow... doc's don't know whats wrong.. might be glandular fever or something nastier.

I cant exercise or do anything strenous, its depressing me because I have been so good and so motivated up til I fell ill.. I don't have any motivation to do any form of exercise. I dont even want to go for a light walk.

waiting for the blood test results is killing me!!! I want my energy back, I want the 'spring' in my step back!!

Im just getting frustrated and impatient..

Im feeling fat, I feel like my muscles are going weak.. all the hard work Ive put in for the last few months are all going to waste

I finally started losing weight, eating well, exercising... then BANG over night my energy levels drop! maybe it wasn't meant to be.. maybe Im just meant to be flabby, fatigue and ugly. I was finally feeling good about myself then this all happened so suddenly..

Oh life is soooo cruel!!!

I'm sorry to hear you've been so ill. Hopefully the doctor will come back with some good news for you.

Even though you have been too sick to exercise, which can be frustrating, you can continue to make good food choices. That way, when everything gets back to normal, you'll still be on a good path. Lots of people can lose weight even with just making good food choices. And even if you don't lose, you will probably maintain so that when you can add exercising back, the weight will come right off.

For right now, take care of that body of yours, listen to it. It will let you know when it's ready to get rockin' and rollin' again.

Hope your tests all go well today.

    Good Luck
  • I've been having tests done also. It's hard waiting. I've been told that the medical field is slow and to be patient, but sometimes I just want to scream! Best of luck to you...

Awesome!!! Glad to hear your can breathe much easier now. How are you feeling? Did they ever find out what was making you feel bad, or did it work itself out? Welcome to your new lease on life

Thanks so much for your support lulabellewoowoo!!

Well I have had some strange things happening with my body, I havn't had my 'TOM' since June ( I sstill dont have it), then over the last few weeks I have been very fatigue and lethargic! So there were a few things the docs were not sure about. I have had alot of testing done and it was all CLEAR!!

Im feeling better at the moment, energy levels have improved slowly.

The docs seem to think it might be stress, although Im not one of those ppl that express stress in anyway I keep it all inside - and I guess work has been tough this year so I take it, it must be stress.

So now I hve to learn how to enjoy life and appreciate the simple things..

Im certainly thrilled that Im on the clear medically!!!

Life is unpredictable, I think we all need to realise that everyday is precious :flowerforyou:
