Hi all! I just started tracking here. I was doing weight watchers and had success but decided to try this out because its free! I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and now that I am getting married next year I have decided to finally win this battle once and for all! I want to lose about 30 lbs. I have a personal trainer that I see twice a week and go the gym during my lunch break at work. I feel like I have been working really hard but I keep hitting plateau after plateau. I also have hypothyrodism which makes losing weight even harder! Right now I'm just focusing on being healthy, getting into shape and eating clean and hoping the pounds will start to fall.
