Vitamins/Calcium/Iron Recommendations?

I've been on MFP now for a couple of months and although I am here to lose weight, I am really focusing on overall health. I figured that I wasn't getting enough calcium, iron, vitamin a, and vitamin c so I decided to start paying close attention to the % I intake in my diary. Almost everyday I have been 20-80% over the 100% needed, which I found really surprising.
I was wondering if anyone knew how accurate this was? I was really considering taking a multivitamin, but know that the human body can only process so much before it becomes too much. I don't want to take a multivitamin and/or calcium supplement if I am already getting what I need.
I know a lot of people have said that the MFP goal for protein is usually pretty low in comparison to what a person who works out should take in, so I guess I was wondering if the same applied to the vitamins/calcium/iron.
Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for any answers

I cross referenced to make sure the calcium, iron, protein etc. was accurate and for me, my age etc. and MFP was pretty accurate.
Good you are meeting the goals without a multivitamin, I'd love to be able to do that!
Just make sure you are getting enough B vitamins, MFP doesn't monitor them, but they are SO IMPORTANT! and B vitamins are water soluable and B12 has practically zero toxicity even at very high doses - so, feel free to add a B complex, you cannot go wrong with that.
Do you meet your potassium goals every day too? That's my killer. I hardly ever meet that goal.0
