Some tips on exercise.

Hello, I thought I'd give some tips on looking more toned as I found from when I lose 2 stone (28lbs) a few years ago.

Circuit training is great. Do 5 of your favourite exercises in sets of 10 one after another and repeat this circuit 5 times.

Also cross trainer for an hour or half an hour real tones your arms, legs and bottom or exercise bike that burns a lot of fat and calories.
